  In the evening I have cocoa (傍晚用in the evening)

  Yes, at night ,it′s good for me. (晚上用at night)

  Where′s my pencil?In the kitchen (厨房里in the kitchen)

  On the table near the chair (在桌上on the table, 在椅边near the chair)

  Underneath the cup and saucer (在杯和碟的下面 underneath...)

  Just behind the teapot there (在茶壶后边behind...)

  Can you tell me how to get to

  Mr. Johnson′s coffee-bar?

  Down the street and round the corner (down the street 沿着街道,round...绕过) Past the church and there you are

  Where′s the bookshop? Over there,dear (over there 那里)

  First turn left,then go straight on,

  Along the road,across the market (沿着路along the road, 穿过市场across...)

  It′s in front of you, dear John (在你前面 in front of you)

  There is nothing on the radio (广播on the radio)

  "Songs with orchestra" they said. (with后orchestra为有形物,无形物则用by)

  I′m not interested in music (interested in 兴趣于)

  so I think I′ll go to bed

  In a moment I′ll be finished (in a moment 片刻里)

  With these prepositions-so

  I will say to you in English

  till the next time, cheerio (加油呀) (till... 直到)

  六、教法建议:

  一)词汇教学方法

  1)Wonderland中表示方位的介词对学生来说并不陌生,所以教师不必一个一个地教,可以让学生以小组为单位进行互学。然后通过有关练习反馈小组学习的情况,使词汇教学更具有灵活性、趣味性和自主性。

  a. Look at the picture and judge the sentences true or false.

  There are five chairs in the room.

  There is a white T-shirt under the yellow chair.

  The trains are under the bed.

  There is an old clock on the TV.

  There is a mirror on the table.

  There is a lamp on the table.

  b. Look at the picture and fill in the blanks.

  The girl ___________________________.

  _______________ some flowers ________________

  The vegetables _______________________

  _______________ a duck ________________

  二)句型教学方法

  Farmland中的重点句型是:Where is/are…? It’s/ They’re…教师可通过游戏来帮助学生操练,提高熟练程度,并使句型教学更具有趣味性。

  Memory game: Show a picture and have students observe it for one minute Then answer the questions: Where is/are …

  三)课文教学方法

  Grand Theatre中的对话主要是围绕Norman’s Toys的话题展开的,建议教师可按如下过程教学:,所以在引入对话前,可给学生一个主题让学生自由讨论,如:Have you got many toys?Are there any toys in your school? What’s your favourite toy?Do you often play with your toys?When do you play with your toys? 讨论后再引出本课课文,从情感和知识上为课文学习做好铺垫。
