　　The crow had not eaten for many days and was beginning to feel hungry.

　　So, he flew about looking for food but could not find any.

　　Just as he was about to give up, he saw the peacock pecking the ground.

　　"Why don't I make friends with the peacock?" he thought to himself. "He might share his food with me."
